Western New York Parkinson’s community as possible with our

Parkinson’s newsletter, weekly email news update, & website

for which a monthly or quarterly (your choice) donation can be made

IN RECOGNITION
Friendship Circle. Those whose cumulative giving during a
calendar year totals $100 or greater are listed in the Parkinson’s
newsletter and Report to Contributors.
Leadership Circle. Those whose cumulative giving during a calendar
year totals $500 or greater are listed in the Parkinson’s
newsletter and Report to Contributors and are additionally
entitled to a complimentary set of the Parkinson Series Manuals to keep
or share.
Sustainers Circle. Those whose cumulative giving during a calendar
year totals $1,000 or greater are listed in the Parkinson’s
newsletter and Report to Contributors, are entitled to a
complimentary set of the Parkinson Series Manuals to keep or share, and
receive invitations to special events.
Director's Circle. Those whose cumulative giving during a calendar
year totals $2,500 or greater are listed in the Parkinson’s
newsletter and Report to Contributors, are entitled to a
complimentary copy of set of the Parkinson Series Manuals to keep or
share and receive invitations to special events, including a year-end
celebration with our Board of Directors.
Governors' Circle. Those whose cumulative giving during a
calendar year totals $5,000 or greater are listed in the Parkinson’s
newsletter and Report to Contributors, are entitled to a
complimentary copy of set of the Parkinson Series Manuals to keep or
share, and receive invitations to special events, including a year-end
celebration with our Board of Directors.
